Samsung’s forthcoming tablet,Samsung Galaxy Tab E, has been spotted online in June as per the product catalog of a Taiwanese mobile company.
This Samsung device, with the model number SM-T560, looks to be announced soon as per the Catalog. This was approved by User Agent Profile pages of the Galaxy Tab E devices, sporting model numbers of SM-T560 and SM-T561, supporting nicely with the tablet mentioned here. The catalog also reveals some specifications for this upcoming tablet, which seems to be targeting the mid-range segment of the tablet market.
Spec & Features:-
Currently, the tablet only has the WiFi model to offer, but one can expect a 3G/4G model at the later stage. It doesn’t look like a voice calling might be an option with this device as the display is of 9.6-inches here. The size has never been a barrier for companies to add the voice calling facility.
As point out in the hardware specs sheet, this tablet is clearly a budget device. The tablet is said to be sporting a display resolution of “1280×768”. It has a 5MP primary camera on the back and a 1.3 GHz quad core processor of strange make.
Considering Samsung is already using Android 5.0 with its devices, one can expect the company to pack the same software on the Galaxy Tab E as well.
Samsung’s low-priced tablet lineup has been missing from the markets, so this will legally mark its re-entry in the smartphone arena. It is expected that the price of this device would be somewhere around the Rs 10,000-mark once that it’s announced later this month. Although an Indian launch hasn’t been specified anywhere at this point, we can’t rule it out just yet.
