HP chromebook 14

HP Chromebook 14, the new launch by HP is relatively lighter and cheaper, as compared to its predecessors. The starting price announced for the Chromebook is $250. If you want full HD display, you can upgrade your Chromebook 14 by paying $30 extra.

This thin laptop weighs around 3.74 pounds, and is about 0.7 inches thick. Let’s have a look at the interiors of this delightful chromebook.

Amazing Hardware

This new HP Chromebook 14 comes with an Intel Celeron N2840 processor coupled with both a 2GB RAM and 16 GB eMMC storage space. The battery is a definite winner here, of course it is no comparison to the version released last year. It will last around 9 odd hours, but it will last out most of the laptops in this category.

It also comes with about 100 GB cloud storage space for free. It comes with one USB 3.0 port and 2 USB 2.0 ports along with an HDMI port and multi-format digital media card reader.

The company is working out a small business model of this Chromebook to be made available at $274 approximately. This notebook will support virtualization as well as VPN connectivity. The G4 will offer a larger storage space, as compared to this one. G4 is yet to pass the battery test, but if sources are to be believed it will definitely emerge as a winner.

So, if you are planning to buy a quality notebook, HP Chromebook 14 could be your choice.
